Welcome to Piketon Junior High School! I am so excited to partner with our students, staff, administration, families, and community as we begin a new school year filled with opportunities for learning, growth, and success.

Guided by our district's mission and vision, we believe that strong partnerships between students, families, staff, and the community are essential to helping every student reach their full potential.

This Student and Family Handbook serves as an important resource for students and parents. It outlines the expectations, policies, procedures, rights, and responsibilities that help create a positive and productive school community. We encourage every student and parent or guardian to read this handbook in its entirety and refer to it throughout the school year. Becoming familiar with its contents will help ensure a successful school experience and promote clear communication between home and school.

Student success is built through consistent effort, responsibility, and active involvement in the learning process. We encourage our students to challenge themselves academically, communicate openly with their teachers, demonstrate respect for others, and take pride in their work and accomplishments. These habits will not only contribute to success at Piketon Junior High but will also prepare students for high school, college, careers, and lifelong learning.
